N3: Intermediate level comprehension of Japanese used in everyday situations, with a wider range of vocabulary and grammar. N2: High-level proficiency, enabling students to understand a variety of topics in Japanese newspapers, television programs, and workplace conversations. Kaigo Scholarship

The Kaigo Scholarship at Manawayeyar Goldenland is designed to support individuals pursuing a career in nursing care (Kaigo) in Japan. This scholarship offers financial assistance to eligible candidates, enabling them to access specialized training in caregiving skills. Through this program, students will be equipped with the knowledge and practical experience required to provide quality care for the elderly and disabled in Japan’s healthcare sector. The scholarship covers a portion of tuition fees, course materials, and additional support needed to complete the training. Successful graduates will be well-prepared to work under Japan’s “Specified Skilled Worker” visa, contributing to the growing demand for caregiving professionals in the country. In addition to the practical skills, the scholarship program includes Japanese language training (from N5 to N3 levels) to ensure candidates can effectively communicate in professional settings.

Tokutei Ginou Kaigo

Tokutei Ginou Kaigo The Tokutei Ginou Kaigo program at Manawayeyar Goldenland is designed to equip individuals with the specialized skills required for caregiving (Kaigo) roles in Japan. This program falls under Japan’s “Specified Skilled Worker” (Tokutei Ginou) visa system, specifically aimed at addressing the country’s growing need for healthcare professionals in nursing care. Through this program, participants receive training in the following areas: Elderly and Disabled Care: Learn techniques to assist patients with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, and medication management. Healthcare Procedures: Gain knowledge of basic healthcare practices, such as monitoring vital signs, administering basic treatments, and ensuring patient well-being. Patient Interaction and Emotional Support: Understand the importance of empathy, effective communication, and building strong relationships with patients to improve their quality of life. In addition to caregiving skills, the program also includes Japanese language training up to N3 level, enabling participants to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors in healthcare facilities. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be eligible to apply for the Tokutei Ginou Kaigo visa, which allows them to work as certified caregivers in Japan’s nursing homes, hospitals, and other long-term care facilities.
