Tokutei Ginou Kaigo The Tokutei Ginou Kaigo program at Manawayeyar Goldenland is designed to equip individuals with the specialized skills required for caregiving (Kaigo) roles in Japan. This program falls under Japan’s “Specified Skilled Worker” (Tokutei Ginou) visa system, specifically aimed at addressing the country’s growing need for healthcare professionals in nursing care. Through this program, participants receive training in the following areas: Elderly and Disabled Care: Learn techniques to assist patients with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, and medication management. Healthcare Procedures: Gain knowledge of basic healthcare practices, such as monitoring vital signs, administering basic treatments, and ensuring patient well-being. Patient Interaction and Emotional Support: Understand the importance of empathy, effective communication, and building strong relationships with patients to improve their quality of life.
